Website is great its clean, easy to navigate and has all the features we asked for.

Steve comes across as an erudite professional designer. He gave me plenty to choose from - making as many as 10 different design concepts at the start, which I wasn't expecting. I had thought just 3 or 4 design concepts would be on offer. In addition, Steve was responsive and polite all through the logo design even with my sort of "Oliver twist" requests and so on. So, I am fully proud of the services offered at webfactory as carried out by Steve.
