Webfactory take the pain away of planning the website. I gave my initial ideas and within 3-4 days I had first draft which looked very good. It's easy to submit changes and they are completed usually within 48 hours. A bespoke website was key for my business, I didn't want an off the shelf template. I found Webfactory competitive in price and very good value for money. So many of the companies I looked at only offered 1 or 2 changes once they had built the site on the information you give them.
