First impressions are so important and Ann was my first and lovely point of contact from the beginning, patiently answering my questions again and again and again. As for Dale, if I hadn't noticed the dog in his photo I'd probably be proposing to him, but I have two cats so that won't work for us. I also don't know his surname and I'm ideally looking for a Spanish sounding one like, Sanchez. Jokes aside, I cannot emphasise enough how pleased I am with the site, the service and the easy of the system.
