Improved link selection in banner settings

The link dialogue has now been integrated into the Banner Settings of the Website Editor.
Instead of manually entering a page ID, you can now open a selector and choose the destination directly, which makes linking much faster. It also ensures a more consistent linking experience across the Website Editor, improving usability.
As well as pages, the link section also allows you to link to:
- Pages
- Specific page sections
- Products
- Articles
- Pop-ups
- Files
- Itemlister entries
- External URLs
