New account closure process

We’ve introduced a new and improved way to close your products.
From now on, customers will need to close their own products directly through the Hub rather than contacting us to do it for them.
Once you’ve logged into the Hub, you’ll see a list of your active products and can select the ones you’d like to close.
This self-service option helps make things quicker and clearer for everyone - avoiding back and forth confirmations and ensuring your requests are processed exactly as intended.
