Text message replies now supported - Webfactory

You can now reply to SMS messages from Webfactory.

If we send you a text message, your reply can now come back to our team so we can handle the conversation alongside your other messages.

This should make it easier to respond quickly when SMS is the most convenient option, such as confirming details, answering quick questions, or sharing time-sensitive information.
