This temporary address keeps your KnowledgeBase accessible while its permanent web address is being prepared. Once a custom domain has been connected, that becomes the address you can share with customers and other visitors.

Existing kbsite.io addresses redirect automatically to the corresponding webfactorysite.co.uk address. Existing bookmarks and previously shared links should therefore continue to work without any action from you.

Until your custom domain is ready, you can continue using the temporary webfactorysite.co.uk address normally.
