New this month
You can bookmark our System Update page for regular updates. Here is a summary of what’s new this month:
- Department-level priority product sorting: You can now set a custom sort order for each department in your Webshop. This means you can control how products appear in each department, instead of using one global setting for all.
- Auto-exclusion of your device from analytics: Your visits to your website are now automatically excluded from reports. No setup needed, stats are cleaner and more accurate by default.
- New element - showcase link: It works like a regular Showcase, but now the whole box can be a clickable link.
- We’ve made SSL setup easier for externally hosted domains: Now, for new domains, you only need to add one DNS record. Our system will pick it up, usually within an hour, and handle the rest for you.
- We’ve simplified your billing: You’ll now only get one monthly invoice and make one payment; no more multiple charges throughout the month. To do this, we matched all your billing dates to the latest one you already had. You may have even received a few extra free days during the change. From now on, any new sites or upgrades will follow the same billing schedule.

Things to think about
We've put together some topical social media events to help you with content creation this month:
- Pride Month: June is Pride Month, celebrating and honouring the LGBTQIA+ community by promoting acceptance, and advocacy for equality. You could show your support with a themed logo design, or changing your social media profile and cover images to a pride-themed design. You could also share stories about LGBT members of your team via a featured blog and promote inclusivity.
- Father's Day - 15th June: You could run a promotional discount for Father's Day on your products or services.
Coming soon
We're always working hard behind the scenes to make improvements to our products and services. Below is what we're working on:
- Knowledge Base (Beta release): We're working away on finalising our new Knowledge Base product. This feature is ideal for storing support documents, employee manuals, and training materials. If you’re interested in becoming a beta tester, please let us know!
- Chatbox (name to be confirmed) We're working on a fully integrated chat widget for your websites. This lets customers message you directly from your website.
- Improved checkout We've been working on improving the checkout process for signing up for our services and paying invoices. As well as some cosmetic changes, these tweaks will tidy up the process, especially if you have multiple accounts or are signing up for a new website.
