We’ve made an update to Recruitment websites, giving you more flexibility when creating your application forms.

You can now add up to eight custom questions to an application form, increased from the previous limit of five. These additional fields can be managed within your Recruitment settings under Application page custom fields.

For each question, you can choose:

• Single-line text field
• Larger text area
• Checkbox
• File upload
• Whether the question is required
• Optional guidance for applicants
• The width the question uses on the application form

Your existing recruitment application forms will remain unchanged unless you choose to configure the additional fields.
