New article layouts for knowledgebase

We've added new article layout options to KnowledgeBase, making it easier to present instructions, guides and important information in a clear and engaging way.
You can now use:
- Simple Steps — Present instructions in an easy-to-follow step-by-step format.
- Tabbed Steps — Organise longer processes into separate sections using tabs.
- Highlighted Content — Draw attention to important information, tips or key details.
These new layouts help make KnowledgeBase articles easier to read, navigate and understand for your customers.
