You can now share ChatBox conversations with colleagues by copying a direct link from a conversation or chat log.

Authorised team members can use the link to access the relevant conversation directly, making it easier to review previous interactions, hand over ongoing queries and collaborate on follow-up actions without searching through the chat logs.
