New this month

- Webfactory Knowledge Base: We’re excited to announce the beta launch of our Knowledge Base! It’s the perfect solution for organising support articles, staff handbooks, and training guides. Get started today with a 14-day free trial on the Knowledge Base website and receive an early adopter discount.
- Webfactory Site Rank: We’re excited to announce the beta launch of Site Rank, the latest addition to the Webfactory suite! This tool makes it refreshingly simple to monitor your website’s SEO performance. Track keyword rankings, assess the effectiveness of your SEO strategies over time, and gain accurate localised insights - all from one sleek dashboard. You can start a free trial on the Site Rank website.
- Improved FAQ management experience: We’ve updated the way you add and edit FAQs to make things clearer and easier. Now, instead of editing inline on the page, a pop-up modal will appear when you add or edit a FAQ.
- Content feed elements have been split: Previously, these feeds were a single element with a layout setting. Now, they’re available as two distinct elements. A Grid – for a traditional, structured layout and a Slider – for a smooth, scrolling carousel.
- New testimonial elements: The Website Editor now includes three brand-new ways to showcase your customer feedback: Testimonial Grid, Testimonial Masonry and a Testimonial Slider
- New banner targeting options: You can now choose to display your banners exclusively on Webshop account pages and checkout pages. This gives you more control over when and where your messages appear
- Notification Bell: We’ve added a notification bell to your dashboard. Right now, you’ll mainly see updates such as when you’ve been granted access to new products. Over time, we’d like to make this feature even more useful for you. If you have any suggestions for notifications which you think will be helpful please use the suggestion button in the bottom right of most pages in your products to let us know.

- World Suicide Prevention Day - 10th September: Show your support by sharing helpline information or resources to help others. Create a post that encourages people to share one thing that helped them get through a tough time to help others #WorldSuicidePreventionDay
- Talk Like a Pirate Day - 19th September: Write a fun pirate-themed post and swap normal words for pirate speak.
- World’s Biggest Coffee Morning - 26th September: Host your own coffee morning to support Macmillan. Share your invite online with fun graphics. Don't forget to post photos of your team's bakes!
- International Podcast Day - 30th September: Share your team’s favourite podcasts or ask followers what they’re listening to.
