New this month
You can bookmark our System Update page for regular updates. Here is a summary of what’s new this month:
- Christmas Upgrade Store: Last chance to get your website ready for the holiday season with our festive upgrades!
- New priority setting for Itemlister Feeds: You can now give each item a priority number and sort by “By priority (highest first)”. Items with higher numbers will appear first.
- New account closure process: Instead of contacting us, you can now close your own products directly in the Hub. Simply log in, view your active products, and select the ones you wish to close. This self-service option is faster, clearer, and ensures your requests are handled exactly as you want.
- Rewards section redesign for easier navigation: We’ve updated the Rewards section to make it easier to use. Instead of one long page, rewards are now split into three clear sections.
- New element: Inline Feature Box: We’ve added a new element called the Inline Feature Box. The new Inline Feature Box uses an inline layout, which was previously part of our Image Feature Box element.
- Knowledge base article count: We’ve made it easier to see article counts in the KnowledgeBase Manager. Now, each category shows how many articles are drafts and how many are under review, making it simpler to track what still needs work.
- Improved article publishing experience: We’ve improved the article manager to make it clearer and easier to use. Now, articles have a straightforward publish date that determines when they appear on the site. You can also temporarily hide an article whenever you need to.
- Simplified launchpad package: We’ve simplified the Launchpad package to make it easier for customers to understand and use. We now have one simple tier and flexible content sections.
- Server upgrades: 30-50% faster load times: We’ve upgraded our servers to boost performance. As a result, average load times are now 30–50% faster, giving you a smoother, more responsive experience.
Things to think about
We've put together some topical social media events to help you with content creation this month:
- National Christmas Jumper Day - 13th December: Share a fun picture of your staff wearing Christmas jumpers and highlight any donations or support you're giving for the day.
- Christmas Eve - 24th December: Let customers know your opening/closing times for the holidays and show how your team is wrapping up before the holidays.
- Christmas Day - 25th December: Post a warm “Merry Christmas” message with a festive graphic and thank your customers for their support throughout the year.
- New Year's Eve - 31st December: Share your company highlights or milestones from the past year. Or simply wish everyone a happy, safe New Year as the clock approaches midnight.
